Getting started
Subscribe, receive your custom form link, and add it to your home screen for one-tap access, no app to install.
Filling out the form
Enter the client's details and choose the correct participant type. Minors don't require a government ID.
Photos & signatures
Capture the ID and client photos from any camera or webcam, then collect a signature on-screen. Everything stays on the device.
Generating PDFs
Create a professional, AABB-compliant PDF in one tap. Save, print, or email it. It's generated locally and downloaded to your device.
Offline & devices
After the first load IDintake works fully offline on phones, tablets, and computers, ideal for mobile appointments with no signal.
Account & billing
Manage your plan, payment method, and billing cycle from your dashboard. Switch between monthly and annual or cancel anytime.
Quick start: complete an intake
- Open your custom link. Tap your company's IDintake link (in your dashboard or saved to your home screen). It loads once, then runs offline.
- Enter the client's details. Fill in the client's information and select the correct participant type for the case.
- Capture photos and signature. Take or upload a photo of the client's ID and a photo of the client, then collect their signature on-screen.
- Generate the PDF. Tap Generate PDF to produce a professional, AABB-compliant document, then save, print, or email it.
Need to make a change after generating? The PDF is final, but your entries are kept locally on the device. Press the back button to return to the form, edit, and generate a new PDF.
